| The purpose of the Yard of the Month Award is to promote improved landscaping by recognizing outstanding yards. The Yard of the Month Committee will pick two winners per month from May through October. Residents who win this award cannot win it for the next 3 years. Example: John Doe wins in 2008. He will be ineligible 2009, 2010, & 2011. He would be eligible to win again in 2012. The criteria is simple, we will select the two front yards that we think look the prettiest. Residents are required to be current with their HOA dues to be eligible. Voting will be the last week of each month for the next month’s winners. Winners will display the Yard of the Month sign in their yard and have a picture of their front yard posted on the website, along with their name and address. Should a homeowner decline to have the sign in their yard and the picture on the website, the award will be given to the next highest nominated yard. A gift card from our homeowners association will be presented to each winner.
